Colleen Tarket (Development Director):
Colleen Tarket is COCAF’s Development Director. As the Development Director, she is responsible for writing grant proposals and working with the COCAF Board of Directors to find funding sources to support COCAF’s mission. Colleen is also a self-employed loan processor. Colleen has a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in computer science.

Colleen is married and has four birth children, one stepchild, four adopted children, and five grandchildren. Her adopted children are birth siblings and were adopted through Jefferson County in 2000. Two of her adopted children have mental disorders, which forced Colleen to become educated in finding appropriate services for her children.
