GIVE KIDS A SMILE DAY
On the first Friday of February each year, participating Colorado Dental Association dentists offer appointments for free dental care for qualified children to celebrate Give Kids a Smile Day in Colorado. Give Kids a Smile Day is a day of free education and treatment for KIDS without access to dental care.
To qualify for a Give Kids a Smile Day appointment, your child/family must meet ALL 5 of the following criteria.
1. The child needing an appointment must be 17 years old or younger.
2. Your family must be low-income and unable to afford dental care.
3. Your child must be dentally uninsured (no dental insurance or CHP+ coverage).
4. You must have transportation to get to your appointment.
5. You must be able to show-up at your appointment on time.
If you are a match with the 5 requirements above, we welcome you to call one of the Give Kids a Smile participating offices listed below. Please remember that appointments are first-come, first-served, so the sooner you can call, the better. When making an appointment, please say that you are "calling to make an appointment for Give Kids a Smile Day."
