
Post-Adoption Support Programs
The federally-funded, state-run Promoting Safe and Stable Families (PSSF) program has awarded grants to 14 Colorado counties for Fiscal Year 2004 to be used for the development of post-adoption services (PAS) programs. The following list identifies the counties that have been awarded FY04 grants, and contact information for the program coordinator. This program is specifically designed to address the needs of post-adoptive families – please contact your county coordinator to find out more about the program and available resources.
