Education and Training Voucher (ETV) Program

The ETV program provides up to $5,000 a year for vocational school and college expenses for young people who are or were in foster care, or whose adoption from foster care was finalized after the age of 16.

This is a federally-funded, state-administered program managed by the Orphan Foundation of America and funds are available. Students currently enrolled in vocational school or college can benefit, as well as prospective students who will be attending for the first time this fall.
